We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our former friend and colleague, Kevin Dodds on the 3rd of August 2023 at the age of 70.
Kevin was the Registered Manager at Abbeycare Scotland from March 2015 to January 2020.
Kevin dedicated much of his working life to helping people in the early stages of recovery, both in his role as Registered Manager at Abbeycare Scotland, and previously in his role as Extended Care Manager at Castle Craig.
Kevin provided great leadership and support to his employees and recovery communities. He understood the value and impact of well-structured and managed recovery communities in facilitating change.
Over the years hundreds, if not thousands of people have benefited from his leadership and wisdom.
Kevin’s funeral will take place on Thursday 10th of August at 1pm at Borders Crematorium, Melrose, TD6 9HA.
